World-renowned epileptologist, child neurologist and psychiatrist, and clinical neurophysiologist.

Volodymyr Kharytonov, MD is a graduate of the Kiev Institute in Child Neurology. He has completed a number of international courses, including neonatology in Kiev, child neurology in Canada, Moscow and Tel Aviv. Volodymyr Kharytonov, MD holds a diploma in EEG course – EUREPA (European Epilepsy Academy) from Finland, EEG and epilepsy – ILAE, from Denmark, and in epileptology – EUREPA from Italy. The epileptologist is certified in EEG – EPIPED from Bologna and has also obtained certificates in paediatrics, neurology and child psychiatry. 

Volodymyr Kharytonov, MD has headed the Department of Child Psychoneurology at the Kyiv City Psycho-Neurological Hospital since 2011. From 2000 to 2010, he gained experience at the Ukrainian Medical Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Organic Nervous System Damage. 

Kharytonov, MD has been a member of the International Child Neurology Association (ICNA) since 2004. In the same year, he also joined the European Epilepsy Academy (EUREPA). In addition, he is affiliated with the Ukrainian League Against Epilepsy (ULAE).
